SARATOGAS INTENSIVE FARMING Jockey Frank Keogh reports that the. greatest t amount of excitement so far generated at Saratoga i arose from a test of speed in growing corn entered into between William Clare and Joe Morrissey. Clare won by an ear. It is alleged, however, that t he concentrated on a few stalks, while the superintendent of the AVhitney Farm raised a field of the i maize.
