UNITED HUNTS COMING FALL PROGRAM NEW YORK, X. V., August 13. Pace goers, particularly those interested in cross-country sport, will have a field day at lielmont Park Terminal Thursday, September 1, when the United Hunts Pacing Association will open its autumn meeting with a new crop of jumpers, three-year-olds, at two miles. The second race is at two and a half miles, an open steeplechase which should prove a preliminary trial for the high-class jumpers entered in the rich ISrook Steeplechase, to be run later at Rolinout Park, while the third is at two miles under selling conditions. All these steeplechases will be run over tin; Terminal Rrush Course, generally conceded by experts to be the best in the country. Two flat races, both at a mile, one for army horses, the other for three-year-olds and over, complete I ht? program. The fact that for tin; first time in some years the United Hunts Racing Association will have an open date between the close of Saratoga and the opening of Rclmnut Park should assure a good card and excellent attendance.
