PEEL-PARAGON COURT CASE British Postoffice Authorities Seeking Light on Turf Scandal. SPECIAL CAELEGBAM.l LONDON. England. February 2S. — Tin- Peel-Paragon case has come into the courts. Two hearings have been had at Bow Street. The case centers round the Duke of York Stakes race, run at Kempton Park Saturday.
