I ! : , CANADIAN VISITORS AT HAVRE HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 21.— Thomas P. Gorman, secretary of the t on-naught Park Jockey Club, was a visitor this afternoon and conferred with racing secretary McDennan in reference to the forthcoming meeting, which will be held in the Canadian capital. Tire inaugural meeting at Ottawa this spring, unlike in previous years, will be held before the regular Montreal meetings get under way. Conditions for the spring meeting, according to Mr. Gorman, were never brighter. W. H. McCauliffe, Stewart McClenaghan, E. S. Houston, members of the board of directors, were in the party that journeyed from Canada and will remain for some time.
