AMENDMENT CANNOT STAND NEW ORJ.KANS, I.a.. June 15. — Unconstitutional appraisal of the Tobin local option amendment to the Butler anti-raeing bill by the legislative bureau house of representatives and defeat in the senate of proposed amendment to the Iocke law. looking to the outlawing of oral betting and a favorable report of the Claiborne racing commission bill by William Clemm of the house of representatives were recorded in the racing light at Baton HQUge today.
