ENGLISH RACING FORM AWRY The English bookmakers are having an exceptionally good year and the public is "grousing" and the public prints publishing comments such as "awful Newmarket," and "terrible Ascot." As an instance of form falls June 15 at Ascot there were five odds-on favorites in seven races and four of them were beaten.
