JUDGE MURPHY A BUSY MAN NEW YORK, N. Y., July 8 Judge Murphy loaves for Toledo tomorrow to complete arrangements for the meeting to be given at the Maumee track August 14-19. After spending the day there he will go to Chicago to consult with the people interested in the revival of racing at Hawthorne and on Wednesday will leave for Cleveland to be on hand for the opening of the meeting at Maple Heights.
