JUDGE MURPHY AT TOLEDO TOLEDO, Ohio, August 10. Joseph A. Murphy has arrived here and taken active charge of the preparations for the meeting which opens at the beautfiul Fort Miami mile track next Monday. Over 200 horses are stabled on the grounds and more are arriving each day. S. N. Hol-man is here arranging the details of the track and the others II. P. Conkling, associate judge; W. R. Norvell, racing secretary; George Miller, starter, and John P. Turner, clerk of the scales will be here Friday. Indications point to a most successful meeting.
