OLD TIMER PLANS TO RETURN SARATOGA SPRINGS, N. Y., August 10. It was generally thought when Joseph L. Rhinock bought a yearling at a recent sale that he was making the purchase for a friend, but it is the intention of Mr. Rhinock to go into racing himself and he contemplates other purchases. Then there was a bit cf sentiment in his purchase, for the yearling was a son of the mare Tea Biscuit and she is of the Dick Welles family, a horse in which Mr. Rhinock was a half owner. Just what the stable plans are "is not known, but it is assured that the Rhinock silks will be shown by a worthy stable of thoroughbreds in 1923.
