RACING AT ALLEGHENY FAIR Word reached here today that the Allegheny Fair and Racing Association has announced the dates for its fall meeting at New Kensington, Pa., September 12 to 23, inclusive eleven days of racing. The purses will be of 00 and 00 value. Following this meeting Akron, Ohio, will give ten days of racing, opening September 27.
