JEANNE BOWDRE jiassed DOROTHY BUCKNER in the first half, but was tiring at the end. COLONEL BAKER began slowly, but was going fastest of all at the end. DOROTHY BUCKNER raced itno the .lead, but tired after going five-eighths. WIDGEON was going well at the end. SWEET COOKIE had to race wide and also closed a big gap. ALBERT L. and YORICK showed speed, but tired in the last eighth. ROULEAU ran well and seemed equal to taking the lead in the stretch, but was cased up steadily when ROCKMINISTER appeared to hold RADIO safe.
