BIG INTERSECTION AL BATTLES TOD A Y EAST MEETS WEST IN KENTUCKY JOCKEY CLUB STAKES AT CHURCHILL DOWNS AND IN LAWRENCE REALIZATION AT BELMONT PARK . East meets West today. At Belmont Park the famous Lawrence Realization will bring together two eastern stars and one lone representative from the West, while at Churchill Downs the West will hold the upper hand numerically in the rich Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes. The majority of experts and shrewd observers concede the Realization to the East through- the medium of Bunting; with Kai-Sang the anchor in case of failure of the Whitney colt. However, it is a different story in the Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes. Kentuckians feel confident that they will repel the invaders of the East. Opinion as to the outcome seems greatly divided. At least twelve two-year-olds are expected to strive for this rich prize. The race will be worth about 0,000 to the winner. Trainers of the prospective starters report them in the pink of condition and ready for a battle royal.
