ARROGOSA set a good pace from the start and only gave way right at the end. FITZRUE ran well and made a game finish. UPTOWN finished with a rush. ZING ran well, but tired. Won easily; second and third driving. FEIGNED ZEAL followed the early leaders closely and. coming on the outside of PADDLE on the stretch turn, passed him and was going away at the end. PADDLE, fractious at the barrier, raced into an early lead under slight restraint, but tired badly when challenged. RAVENSWOOD crossed sharply on the far turn, but closed up fast and outfinished BRIARCLIFF. The latter showed early speed, but tired badly.
