FIRST SPECIAL TO HAVANA BALTIMORE, Md., October 2S. The first special to leave Maryland for Havana departs from Laurel on Wednesday, November 1. Dr. F. W. Ashe and James Milton will be at Laurel superintending the last-minute details. Those that will ship are as follows: S. Miodow, A. Alegra, E. Saunderson, W. J. Daly, L. McKay, C. Brandt and C. Whyte.
