C. TURNERS 1923 CONTRACT BALTIMORE, Md., November 8. Jocke-y Clarence Turner has signed to ride for the Riviera Stable, in charge of trainer Fred Taral, for next year, reporting on March 1, 1923. The salary calls for 5,000 for the year and all outside mounts. Turner has been quite successful this year and his per cent of winning mounts is 25, a high "figure and indicative of real ability in the saddle. J. E. Widener will more than likely secure second call on his services.
