TURFMEN VISIT NEW YORK NEW YORK, N. Y., December 12. Colonel Matt J. Winn, general manager of the Kentucky Jockey Club, has arrived in New York. He is stopping at the Ansonia. J. O. Keene, proprietor of the Keenland Farm, Kentucky, is registered at the Waldorf Astoria. W. P. Riggs, secretary of the Maryland Jockey Club, is a visitor to New York from Baltimore for the purpose of conferring with racing secretary F. J. Bryan.
