GRANDSTAND AT NEW WASHINGTON PARK The above is a diagram of the grandstand which the New Washington Park Breeders Association proposes to build at the new race course to be located at Riverdale, 111. It will be 800 feet in length and have a seating capacity of 25,000. The boxes, with glass inclosure and disappearing windows, will run the entire length of the stand and will open up from the mezzanine floor. All entrances and exits will be by vamps 15 feet wide. The grandstand will face the East.
