INSPECTS KENTUCKY FARMS LEXINGTON Ky February 1 James W Wadsworth chairman of the New York State Racing Commission was a visitor in Lexing ¬ ton yesterday having stopped off en route from New Orleans to French Lick Springs Ind He drove out to Faraway Farm to see Man o War stopped at Himyar Stud to have a look at Phil T Chinns yearlings and then motored over to the Harry Payne Whitney farm and Joseph E Wideners Elmendorf Stud He expressed pleasure at seeing the farms and the horses and proudly told sev ¬ eral of his Kentucky friends about the blue grass they have in the Genesee Valley of New York and the advancement that has been made in thoroughbred horse production in that section
