PLAN FOR NEW GRANDSTAND Brighouse Park Structure Destroyed by Fire to Be Rebuilt Early in the Spring SpringSAN SAN FRANCISCO Cal February 14 Samuel J Levey managing director of the Brighouse Racing Association is here to con ¬ fer with Robert F Leighton racing manager at Brighouse in regard to the building of a grandstand at the British Columbia track The old structure was destroyed by fire last fall Levey is returning from Tijuana to Vancouver after a months stay in San Diego attending the races He is enthusi ¬ astic about the racing to be given in the Northwest NorthwestLevey Levey said plans were under way for the first sevenday meeting at Brighouse the first week in July with the second meeting in August It is expected Hastings Park Van ¬ couver and Willow Park Victoria also will have two meetings each eachThe The British Columbia racing man is ac ¬ companied by A N Whiting architect of Vancouver Both Levey and Whiting said Tijuana Is enjoying a prosperous season
