BIGNESS OF COE RANCHES LEXINGTON Ky March 1 E V Rob ¬ ertson manager of W R Coes Shoshone and Hoodoo ranches near Cody Wyo is here to seo The Finn Polymelian and the mares owned by his employer that are located now at the Himyar Stud The visitor expressed himself as well pleased with the appearance of all the thoroughbreds It was the first time he had seen The Finn He expressed the hope that some day he would be sent to Wyoming to become the mate of the splendid mares that have been retained at Hoodoo Ranch Some idea of the magnitude of the Coe ranches can be had when it is stated that they extend 150 miles and have a width of 50 miles and that there are now GOOO sheep and 10000 cattle on the range Last year Mr Robertson stated 10000 tons of hay was cut and cured at Shoshone Ranch
