LEXINGTON INCORPORATES LEXINGTON Ky March 1 Articles of incorporation for the Kentuckj Association which is to own and operate the Lexington race track recently acquired from the Ken ¬ tuckj Jockey Club by Thomas A Combs and associates were filed here yesterdaj in the office of the county clerk The capital ¬ ization is 325000 of which 100000 is pre frerred stock and the remainder is common stock The shares are J100 The common stockholders are the National Bank of Kea tuckj Louisville 1900 shares Thomas C Bradlej James T Loonej Thomas A Combs William F Klair Thomas S Scott and Sewell S Combs all of Lexington Kj 50 shares each and Thomas Piatt and Thomas A McLaughlin both of Lexington 25 shares each eachThe The preferred stock is held by eightyfour representative citizens of Lexington and vicinity The stockholders will meet today to elect officers It is understood that Sewell Combs will be president and Thomas C Bradlej vicepresident and general manager Mr Bradley is the mayor of Lexington
