GET RELIEF IN CANADA NEW YORK X Y March 21 Word was received in Xew York today from J K L Iloss that the order in council affording relief from the race tax collection in the Province of Quebec had been signed and that this means a full resumption of racing in that province Mr Iloss said that it meant that Blue Bonnets as well as all the other Quebec tracks would also make their prepa ¬ rations for the coming season It is pre ¬ sumed that there will be a like relief for the Province of Ontario and the threat of closing of several of the tracks and the curtailing of the Canadian season is past
