* ___ TO ASSIGN CANADA DATES TORONTO. Ont.. April 4.— The Canadian Racing Associations will meet here Thursday and assign dates for this years racing in Canada. J. K. L. Ross will come from his farm in Maryland to represent Blue Bonnets at the meeting. Fred Richard, owner of the I orval course in Montreal, will be here in the interest of his track. The meeting Thursday will be one of the most important held in Canada in some time, as it will disclose whether or not any of the big mile courses in the dominion will remain idle this year. aS has been intimated at various times within the last few weeks or so.
