; , , , 1 1 NEW KENSINGTON MEETING CLEVELAND, Ohio, April 4— It is probable that the spring meeting of the Allegheny Fair and Racing Association at New Kensington, Pa., which will be of twenty-one days duration, will follow immediately the close of the Maple Heights meeting, opening on Decoration Day. May 30. The erection of a new stand to replace the one destroyed by fire last fall is already under way under the supervision of G. R. Bryson. while other improvements to the grounds are also in contemplation before the date set for the opening.
