| BRIEFS FROM HUNTINGTON HUNTINGTON. W. Va.. April 15.— Dr. F. W. Ashe, associate judge at the West Virginia Jockey Club track, has received word of his appointment as an official at all the tracks of the Qoe bee Breeders Association for the ccming meetings ■" Canada, The speed sprinter Elmer K. is reported to be suffering from pneumonia. The judges and starter Drown have warned the jockeys riding here that rough or laggard riding would not be tolerated at the 1 start or during the running of the races.
