LEADING AMERICAN JOCKEYS The apprentice A. Abel continued his remarkable riding at Bowie during the last week, accounting for eight winners and thereby tieing with W. Pool for fourth place on the American jockey list for the current year. P. Cantrell and T. Wilson, both at Tijuana, aso figured prominently with seven winners each last week. P. Martinez and K.
