SHIP JUMPERS TO PIMLICO R. B. Strassburger Steeplechase Stable Sent from Normandy Farm to Maryland Track. BALTIMORE. Md.. April 15.— Pimlico"! racing population will be augmented this week by the arrival of another string of horses which have been shipped from the Normandy farm of It. B. Strassburgfer at Gwynedd Valley. Pa. Trainer, J. T. Kermath has begun a campaign with seven horses in Maryland. The horses will later be raced on the Canadian and New York state circuits. One of the most coveted events for which Mr. Strassburger is pointing the reliable veteran. Wolferton II., is the Maryland Hunt Cup, to be run at Green Spring Valley. The French-bred steeplechaser, whose performances as an eleven-year-old in 1922 were a sensation of eastern hunt club meetings, is in top form. Another good jumper is Houyhnhnm. a five-year-old gelding. Houyhnhnm is being groomed for the Green Spring Valley Steeplechase at Pimlico. Two four-year-olds. Chuckle and Theod-jsius. are also in the consignment to Maryland. Jockey Willie Borgan wili ride the horses. •
