VALUABLE COSDEN COLT » KILLED ACCIDENTALLY BALTIMORE. Mil., April IS— The J. S. Cosden stable sustained a severe loss at Iim-l 00 this morning when a two-year-old colt by Wrack-Bounty and, accordingly, a half-brother to Good Times, was killed. He was being educated from the barrier with Chick Lang up and after starting perfectly and running straight for more than a quarter he suddenly bolted through the fence and was impaled by the upper rail. His lung was punctured and he quickly bled to death from a gaping wound. Lang fortunately escaped injury. This colt was considered one of the most promising juveniles of the big string in William Garths cure and had been insured for 5,000.
