FAMOUS FRENCH RIDER KILLED IN FALL TARIS. France. April 18.— Georges Parfre-ment, crack steeplechase jockey of France in pre-war days, fell with his horse. Field Marshal, at the Enghien track yesterday and died while being taken to a hospital. Parfre-ment won the Grand National Steeplechase in England on the French horse Lutteur III., owned by James Hennessy. in 1909 and was at the head of the list of winning Steeplechase jockeys when racing was suspended in 1914.
