J. W. BEANS WINTER PLANS WASHINGTON, D. C, Oct 4. J. P. Smith, who is handling the main division of the J. W. Bean stable, has arranged to take up twelve yearlings, the property of tho Washington turfman. These youngsters are at present located at the Benning track, where they have been broken. At the conclusion of the Maryland fall season Smith will ship them to New Orleans.
