CUBAN SPECIAL GOES NOV. 3 LAUREL, Md., Oct. 11. James Milton and Charles Campau are arranging for a special to leave Laurel Nov. 3 for Havana, and horsemen wishing to ship to Cuba are notified to make reservations with Campeau, who is employed in the secretarys office here. Eighteen horses which took part in the recent Richmond meeting will be shipped to Atlanta and from there to Cuba. They include the strings of E. J. Albright, W. Daly, R. Westmoreland and J. J. McCafferty.
