WINFREYS WINTER PLANS BALTIMORE, Md., Oct. 11. C. P. Winfrey is reorganizing his stable preparatory to a winters campaign at the New Orleans tracks. He has taken up and put in training Leochares II. and Current Events, which have been turned out at the Schutts farm at Red Bank, N. J. Belle of Blue Ridge is still at the farm and Winfrey will breed her next spring to one of the Harry Payne Whitney stallions. He has decided to dispose of Mom, the Rockview-Compensate mare, to some Kentucky breeder. Mom is a winner of eight races this year at all distances from three-quarters to a mile and a sixteenth.
