PRISCILLA RULEY raced in closest pursuit and always held the others safe. BEAU NASH raced for-wardly thr6ughout. EBB TIDE ran well. PINK AND YELLOW had no mishaps. GRAYLETTE moved up gamely in the last turn of the field, but could not get near the winner. BON GARCON had no mishaps. PENLLYN tired badly in the last mile. Won easily; second and third driving. COMME CI began slowly, but worked his way up rapidly when called on and, passing the leaders in the stretch, was going away at the end. FRANK MONROE raced close up and finished resolutely. DUCKS AND DRAKES was forced to come on the outside in the stretch, but finished gamely. KNIGHT OF THE HEATHER showed the most speed for three-quarters and tired. FITZRUE was left flat-footed, but closed an immense gap and probably was best. SUPERLATIVE had no mishaps. Won driving; second and third the same. BENDITA took the lead quickly and won all the way, but was doing her best at the end to out-finish ALL FAIR. The latter raced in closest pursuit throughout and, making a game challenge in the last eighth, was gradually wearing the winner down. DAY LILLY was rushed into forward contention from a slow beginning, but could never reach the two leaders. COL. WHALLEN ran gamely all the way. TINGLING was always outrun. f7 A d. WELLFINDER set a great pace and saved ground cn all the turns, but tired when challenged. MAY BLOSSOM was badly outpaced in the early running, but finished fast. ROYAL DUCK raced close up all the way. was forced out when SEDGEFIELD came wide, but finished with a rush on the outside. ST. DONARD lost ground by ccming wide into the stretch. MOUNTAIN ROSE II. aud KING JOHN were badly outpaced.
