1 LATEST RACING NEWS I FROM LATONIA W. Franks apprentice allowance expired with todays racing. Absence of Garner, Pool, Wilson and Pevic on account of injuries and illness left the riding ranks here well depleted of capable jockeys. General Manager Matt J.
