Won ridden out; second and third driving. lATHAN cutbroke his opponents and was taken off the pace until the last furlong, where lie closed determinedly and wore MISS DOMINO down in the final sixteenth, to win going away. MISS .DOMINO displayed good early speed, but tired in the stretch. ALL IN ALL raced wide in the best of going throughout and closd gamely. OMBRAGE was a contender for a half mile, but stopped badly at the head of the stretch turn. VULCAIN PARK, favored by the going, followed the leaders closely, then passing them was nard ridden and won in the last few strides. MELACHRINO disposed of RECOMMENDATION when entering the stretch, bet tired when the final test came. FLYING DEVIL raced in the best part of the track the entire race and had no excuse. RECOMMENDATION quit in the final quarter. WYNNEWOOD hard urged, would not respond and showed dull speed. Scratched 7511C Ruhicn, 111; 75179 Driftwood, 97. The latter liard ridden throughout stopped badly after going three-quarters. LADKIN ran away one mile before the start. He ran out then after the break rounding the first turn and was pulled up. ABU BEN AHDEM, under steady pressure all the way, could never overhaul the winner. LOANADA, slow to find her stride, closed fast and outlasted NEMESIS. The latter had no excuse. GOLDFIELD was shuffled back rn the turn-out of the backstretch and eased up.
