J. S. WARD CHANGES PLANS LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 7.John S. Ward has changed his plans about shipping to New Orleans. Inability to secure the number of stalls asked for brought about the change in plans and he now contemplates selling some of his surplus material and abstain from racing during the winter.
