Percentage of Winning Favorites Here is Daily Racing Forms annual exhibit of the way the horses run, according to the speculation about thorn, in all the races of all the courses in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Cuba during the seasons of 1922 and 1923. The averages of the past two years were about the same. One per cent more of speculative choices won in 1923, and for both years were some two points below the average for ten seasons.
