CULVER CITYS END IS NEAR LOS ANGELES, Cal., Jan. 19. Further difficulties were encountered yesterday by Dick Ferris and his associates, who planned to reopen the Culver City race track Saturday, January 20, when nine creditors filed an involuntary petition in bankruptcy in the federal court in this city against the Southern California Jockey Club, under the auspices of which the racing was conducted at Culver City.
