OPERATE ON WILLIAM SNYDER NEW ORLEANS, La., Jan. 19. Starter William Snyder was operated on this morning at the Presbyterian Hospital for appendicitis. Reports this morning were that Snyder was progressing favorably and that ho stood the operation in good shape.
