LOWE REPORTS ON MARCH 1 NEW ORLEANS, La., Jan. 24. John Lowe returned to the Fair Grounds today from Lexington, where he went to attend the Edward Ccbrian dispersal sale and also consult with Frederick Johnson, for whom he will train during the Kentucky season. Lowe is to report on March 1 at Lexington and will have charge of sixteen horses. The racers he is training here are to be disposed of prior to his departure and the three horses in his i care at the present time belonging to Mr. Cehrian are to be turned over to another : trainer.
