SATURDAYS GOOD CARD NEW ORLEANS, La., Feb. 29. The banner program of the Fair Grounds meeting is down for decision Saturday and embraces in the seven dashes the Sophie Tucker Purse, at three-quarters; the New Orleans Handicap of the value of ,000, at one mile, bringing out the cream in the three-year-old division, including Thorndale, which is attempting to concede the others much weight, and the Haussman Cup Handicap, at a mile and an eighth, bringing out the stars in the all-aged handicap brigade. With prospects of fine weather and a fast track, an attendance rivaling the largest that has been at the course this winter is expected. The free badge list has been suspended for the concluding three days, which embraces Saturday.
