Won easily; second and third driving. VICE-CHAIRMAN began slowly, but worked his way up on the outside anil, finishing fast, was drawing clear at the end. WALTER WHITAKER raced into a good lead after rounding the far tuni, but tired in the last eighth. BUSY BOB was sluggish in the early racing, but finished fast and out-gamed HAPPY GO LUCKY in the stretch drive. The latter tired after setting a fast early pace.
