JUDGE MURPHY IN CHICAGO Expects to Name Dates for Hawthorne Meeting Shortly Black Gold May Race Here. Joseph A. Murphy, general manager of the Chicago Business Mens Racing Association, arrived in Chicago yesterday for a conference wfth his associates in the new local turf organization and to make plans for the coming racing season at Hawthorne track. "We expect to be able to name our Chicago dates shortly," judge Murphy said, "There are some legal angles to clear up and some preliminary organization work to be done, then I think we will be able to go forward with our plans to give Chicago a truly great race meeting." Judge Murphy declared that he had been promised the entry of Black Gold, winner of the recent Louisiana Derby, for any Derby which may be attempted here and that he had already received applications for stable room for more than 400 horses;
