NAMED BOWIE PATROL JUDGE NEW ORLEANS. La., March 21. G. D. Bryan, Jr., one of the owners of the Bowie track, today announced the appointment of Frank M. Kelly, New Orleans horseman, to serve as patrol judge at the Prince George Park meeting. Kelly served in a similar capacity at Jefferson Park.
