KHODE ISLAND RACING BILL PROVIDENCE, R. I.. March 24. A bill to legalize pari-mutuel betting and bring about the return of racing to this state under the strict supervision and control of a state commission is under consideration of the judiciary committee of the state senate here. The bill was introduced by representative James A. Kiernau of Providence.
