NEW ORLEANS DEPARTURES NEW ORLEANS, La., March 21. The stables of L. Liebling and A. S. Woodliffe, comprising sixteen head of horses, were shipped from the Fair Grounds Monday forenoon to Havre de Grace and will be freshened up for that meeting. Departures today for Bowie include the stables of Wm. Ryan and R. T. Watts. The latter is making his first invasion of the Maryland circuit. James Robertson, with several platers, obtained shipping accommodations and left for Huntington, W. Va.
