NOTED LINCOLNSHIRE TODAY French Candidate, Sir Gallahad III., Favorite for Big Race Condover and Drake Favored. SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. LONDON, England, March 25. On the eve of the Lincolnshire Handicap, which will be decided at Lincoln tomorrow afternoon. Captain J. D. Cohns Sir Gallahad III., the French candidate, is a strong favorite. Condover and Drake are second and third choices. Evander, Soval, West Mead, Jarvie, Sir Greysteel. Overseer, Swinderby, Crubernmore, Clack-man, Old Nic, Morestal and Poetaster are other prospective starters next in public favoritism in the order named. The prospects for favorable track conditions for the Lincolnshire Handicap are not at all favorable. The flat racing season in England began at Lincoln Monday. The last four weeks had been dry and sunny, but Monday it rained all day. In spite of this ninety horses faced the starter in the six races that were run. Outsiders won all the races.
