Tortorich, interested Avith the stricken turfman in the Jefferson Park track, his condition Avas somcAvhat improAed. Attending physicians Avho at first diagnosed Mr.. Bryans attack as a paralytic stroke, noAV say that it Aras apoplexy. He has been moAed to a Mobile infirmary and physicians hold faAorable hopes for his recoAery.
