April 21.— Sixty-two thoroughbreds, including the best of the handicap division, have been named for the ,-Mt Paumonok Handicap for three-year-olds I and over at three-quarters, which will feature the opening of the New York racing season at Jamaica April 29. The Rancocas Stable is the largest individual nominator for the stake with eleven ! eligibles. The Rancocas contingent is headed by Zev, the worlds greatest money-winner. Mrs. W. K. Vanderbilt II.s unbeaten Sara-zen is also among the entries for the event. George D. Widener has named St. James, last years Futurity winner, and his three-year-old filly, Salacia. Other notable entries include Gifford A. Cochrans sprinter Goshawk, which should be well suited over the Paumonok distance : J. S. Cosdens Lord Baltimore II. : the Riviera Stables Peter King, and the Xalapa Farm Stables Happy Thoughts.
