THREE-YEAR-OLD RATINGS g - i A. J. Grenets Estimates of Relative Abilities of Classic Horses. ♦ Places Saraxea at Top with 14« Pounds — Bates Wise Counsellor at Six Founds Less. ♦ A. J. Tex Grenet has prepared an interesting rating on the three-year-olds of the year that is sure to be of great benefit to the students of racing. While many may disagree with the ratings, here is no more careful handicapper than Mr. Grenet and few have met with as much success. Incidentally Mr. Grenet predicts that there will be a better crop of three-year-olds in 1924 than at any time since Man o Wars year. The ratings are made at both the three-quarters and the mile distance. Following are the ratings: BATIXGS— THREE- YEAR-OLBS— 1924. *4 Mile. 1 Mile. r-Fntried in mud. X Good mndder. Superior mudder.
